My Journey

Hi, I’m David Pham. As a Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert and Azure Solutions Architect Expert, I’ve spent years managing complex enterprise environments.

I started M365Automation because I realized that many IT Pros struggle with the exact same challenges: tedious onboarding processes, messy SharePoint permissions, and migrating thousands of contacts manually. I wanted to create a central hub where I could share the hands-on scripts and real-world solutions that have saved me hundreds of hours.
